Rob Tardio






A 1994 graduate, Rob Tardio was an accomplished two-sport athlete at Ramapo, lettering three times each in football and in basketball.  On the gridiron, Rob helped the Raiders win two NBIL titles and a State Championship (undefeated season) and earned a spot on the North/South All-Star game in 1994.  Rob’s accomplishments didn’t go unnoticed, as he was named to First Team at the League, County, State, and Suburban level.  As a basketball player, Rob earned again earned First Team honors at the League, County, State, and Suburban level.  Rob was a YMCA HS Scholar Athlete of the Year Finalist in 93-94 and was named Ramapo Athlete of the Year in 1994.

Rob continued his outstanding athletic career as a Tight End at Boston College.  He was a two-year starter, played for four years, and won four letters.  In 1998, he was an Honorably Mentioned All Big-East Tight End and was also named Big East First Team All-Academic. 

After college, Rob played over a 3 year period with the New England Patriots and Washington Redskins.

Rob currently lives in Hoboken and works as a Sales Representative for Boston Scientific, selling implantable pacemakers and defibrillators.
