Adam Scholze





A 1998 Ramapo graduate, Adam lettered in football, basketball, and track.  Over the course of his four years at Ramapo, he helped the Raiders win two State Championships and two NBIL titles in football and earned a slew of individual awards along the way.  He shares two and holds one school record (Most Sacks/Game, Most Sacks/Season, Most Sacks/Career), he was First Team All-League in football and track, he was First Team All-County in football and track and Second Team All-County in basketball, and he was First Team All-State in football and Second Team All-State in track.  Adam also received recognition as Daily News Athlete of the Month for Football, won the Bergen Record Al Del Greco Memorial Award, won the NFL Players Association Scholar Athlete of the Week Award and was a Channel 12 NJ Scholar Athlete of the Week.  Adam finished his high school career with two other top awards: he was Valedictorian of the class of 1998 and Honor Graduate.

After Ramapo, Adam went off to Stanford University and continued his football career as a walk-on tight end.  Some of the highlights of his college career were his participation in the 2000 Rose Bowl game and receiving Academic All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention for 1998-99 and the 1998-1999 Greg Piers Memorial Award for most outstanding service of a team player.

Adam currently lives in New York City with his wife Allegra and son Diego, where he enjoys playing recreational basketball, traveling, and snowboarding.
