Debbie Arpert-Clay

A 1979 Ramapo graduate, Debbie was a two-sport athlete at Ramapo, earning four letters for basketball and three for softball. On the hardwood, Debbie was a 1000-point scorer (even with missing the last eleven games of her senior year to injury), helped her team to two NBIL titles (1978 and 1979), and earned First-Team All-League and All-County honors. On the softball diamond she had a .400 batting average in her junior year, helped her 1978 teammates to a league title and a trip to the State finals, but missed her senior season due to injury.

Debbie moved on to the University of Rhode Island, where she graduated in 1983, and is currently an Information Technology Consultant to the Hess Corporation. She enjoys sharing time and experiences with her husband Bill and their family and friends, pool and gym workouts, and skiing.
